As you may be aware many airlines have almost doubled the charge for taking hold luggage (Easyjet were £15 and are now a whopping £28, Ryanair charge £35, Jet 2 is £33 plus an additional £10 check in fee for example! Monarch (who we use for Gatwick flights), now charge £32. While meeting people as they arrive in Ibiza and checking our group into hotels each summer, we've noticed that many Ibizan Heaters don't check in their bags when flying out to Ibiza, preferring to travel with hand luggage - and so this year we've decided not to automatically charge you for something that you may not use.
So please be aware all Ibizan Heat packages don't include hold luggage. When you book you'll be asked if you want to add this option and be charged accordingly.

Top Tips: avoid luggage costs by travelling light: fella's; t-shirts/shirts/shorts/trousers and flip flops are all you'll need. You can buy deoderant/toothpaste/gel in the supermarket in the hotel and many supermarkets - alternatively but 100ml travel bottles of shampoo/conditioner/roll-on deo's in Boots. Ladies; if you really must take 7 pairs of shoes, thigh-length boots and enough dresses for a catwalk show, share a suitcase with a boy/friend and half the cost!

Avoiding hold luggage also means avoiding that tedious wait at the baggage carousel in Ibiza and when you get home too...

If travelling with one of our club partners make sure you mention any specific club promoter or DJ’s group, it’s important to us that you stay in close proximity with your friends.

Please leave adequate time to allow for entry visa requirements (South African Nationals for example)
